We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and endeavour to despatch the same day (if ordered before 1pm). In the event that this is not possible we will advise you immediately. 


UK Delivery

Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class or Express Courier. A signature may be required. Standard U.K. delivery. We always aim to despatch same day and deliver next day, but please allow up to 3 - 4 working days.

Standard £2.50 delivery charge. 
Free delivery on all orders over £25.00.

Guarantee & Returns

The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days.

We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods if: 

• you change you mind within seven working days
• the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied
• they were damaged on receipt of delivery

Please note we are unable to accept returns on used/opened products unless an allergic reaction has occurred, in which case a doctors note maybe required.
